Bring many layers and both screens for googles if you have them.

This week we have really enjoyed absolutely all the runs so picking one is quite difficult, but our team has really enjoyed Camí de Pessons and Montmalús (for its views) and Moretó which is a very wide red run, that over the past few days, has been very quiet.

This run goes parallel to the black run Mirador that this week was better than ever, perfectly pisted and with spring snow that has delighted all the skiers in the area.

If it has got you excited for winter and your holiday to Pas de la Casa make sure you are fully prepared by booking all your ski extras and airport transfers here, don't forget as well to bookmark this page as we keep you up-to-date with regular snow reports written by our team in resort and the latest snow forecasts as well.

Grandvalira is due to open on the 2nd of December (conditions permitting) and we can't wait to get back on the slopes!

The sun is extremely strong at the moment, and although the temperatures are peaking at the early 20s, the reflection from the snow means you need to keep the exposed parts of your skin protected with high factor sun cream.

It's an idea to ensure you have the lightest protective clothing possible to ensure you keep cool and enjoy the spring conditions. In the blink of an eye we have reached the final few days of the season, and what a season it has been.Everything from epic powder days to bluebird skies, and that's just been April! As we have already mentioned, the visibility throughout the week has been very good, although it has varied during the day from being cloudy to sunny and vice versa, therefore we recommend glasses that adapt to all conditions. It’s also very important to have a good sunscreen ( 50 is highly recommended), lastly wear layers since, for example, today early in the morning temperatures were above 15 degrees and at the end of the day we’ve had temperatures of 5 and light snow. It's going to be a daily habit now to check the weather page to see the conditions changing.
